As sub-consultant to RAQI Investment Inc., developed 69 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and prepared a comprehensive Facility Management Request for Proposal (RFP) to support the operations and maintenance contract for the Royal Institute for Traditional Arts (WRTH).
Provided engineering and project management services for major road infrastructure projects for the Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Scope included pavement design, sidewalks, street lighting, traffic signal systems, and major drainage infrastructure.
