Kingkof Kofi Opoku-Ohemeng
Founder & CEO
Strategic infrastructure and asset management leader with over 26 years of global experience delivering complex infrastructure and asset programmes across transportation, oil & gas, water, energy, and major development sectors. Founder of KPL, providing strategic advisory across asset management, engineering, project management, infrastructure, and digital transformation. A Fellow of the Institute of Asset Management (FIAM) and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (FCIHT), he is a Chartered Engineer (EUR ING, CEng) and Chartered Project Manager (MCIOB), and holds ISO 55001 Asset Management Auditor and Assessor certifications (APM, CAMA2), as well as Certified Facility Manager (CIWFM) and Certified Enterprise Blockchain Professional (CEBP) credentials.
Hama Hammond
Advisory Director
Leads strategic advisory engagements for KPL, providing board-level counsel on finance, investment strategy, asset management, and organisational transformation. Advises executive teams on capital allocation, governance, portfolio optimisation, policy alignment, and long-term value creation. Brings extensive experience in financial strategy, commercial decision-making, and infrastructure investment, translating boardroom ambition into measurable business outcomes. Holds a Master's degree and an MBA, complementing a practical track record of advising senior leaders across the public and private sectors with objective, evidence-based guidance that strengthens resilience, accelerates transformation, and enhances enterprise value.
Kwasi Amoah
Engineering Director
Leads KPL's engineering function, providing technical leadership across infrastructure planning, engineering design, asset management, and project delivery. Chartered Engineer with over 17 years' experience delivering complex infrastructure and asset management projects for government agencies, development banks, and private sector clients. Expertise spans highways engineering, Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), drainage and flood management, utilities assessments, slope stability and retaining wall design, infrastructure condition assessments, and engineering assurance, delivering technically robust, sustainable, and standards-compliant solutions. A Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (FCIHT).
